Tradition and Future
Our company has been a leading supplier to the European automotive industry for over 30 years. The production of cable harnesses, CNC machining, moulding of plastic and metal components and assembly of mechatronic components all belong to our portfolio of activities, where we pay particular attention to high quality work and maximum customer satisfaction. ISO and IATF certifications are therefore a matter of course for us.
In addition, we also offer services in the sheltered labour market. We operate our own sheltered workshop where, thanks to close cooperation with our subsidiary HRO Technology a.s., we are able to provide precise services in the field of mould and automatic line production as well as maintenance and other services. In short, we can be not only a comprehensive supplier, but also the right business partner for you.

We operate in four plants in the Czech Republic and two in Bulgaria, and although it has not always been an easy path, the results we have achieved in more than 30 years on the market confirm that it has been successful.
You can find us in the following locations:
- Nové Město nad Metují (30 employees) - CNC machining
- Náchod (350 employees + 15 employees s.w.) - serial production, assembly of sub-volant systems, cable production, sheltered workshop
- Zdice (400 employees) - plastic and metal pressing plant, plastic overmoulding of metal parts, 2K parts, assembly, tool shop
- Čenkov (30 employees + 30 employees s.w.) - spare parts production, sheltered workshop
Our story
The family company Hronovský s.r.o. started in Bohuslavice in eastern Bohemia in 1990 as a small workshop for turned rotary parts, where the founder of the company Josef Hronovský was producing.
Already during the first ten years of our existence, we gradually began to focus mainly on work related to simple assembly of connector subassemblies and cable harnesses. Since January 2004, we then introduced the production of cable harnesses for spare parts as well as limit switches and connectors.
And we're not stopping even after 30 years on the market. We continue to innovate, follow the latest trends in the industry and, last but not least, develop our own products, thus diversifying our product portfolio.

History
2006
In 2006 company headquarters was moved to Osma in Nové Město nad Metují. The site was completely reconstructed not just to obtain representative premises for our management but especially to create high-quality and modern CNC machine shop.
2011
Significant expansion and modernization of the production plant in Náchod
2016
In 2016 plant in Bruntál was opened
2019
In 2019 plant in Smolyan, Bulgaria was opened
2020
In 2020 the production had been extended into a new plant in Zdice
2021
In 2021 we invested into the modernization of the CNC machinery plant in Nové Město
2022
In 2022, we expanded our production portfolio by manufacturing PCB contacts on SMT production lines.
Currently the company produces in four plants in the Czech Republic and in two in Bulgaria and focuses mainly on modern technologies and working methods that guarantee maintaining of high quality of our production and our competitiveness even in digital era.
